Cookie Policy

Effective: 25 October 2026

Cookies are small files a website keeps in your browser; local storage is a similar space on your device. This policy lists every one Eternal Club uses, what it is for and how long it stays, so you can decide. How we handle personal data generally is in the Privacy Notice.

1. Your choice

The first time you visit, we ask. Strictly necessary cookies are always on, because the site cannot work without them. Everything else stays off until you turn it on, and nothing optional runs before you choose. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time: turning a category off deletes what it stored.

We ask again after 12 months, or sooner if we add a new kind of optional cookie.

2. The categories

  • Strictly necessary (always on): Sign you in, keep your account secure, hold your cart and guest progress, and remember the choices you make here (theme, this cookie choice). The site does not work without them, so they are always on.
  • Referral (off unless you turn it on): Remember a friend’s invite link for 30 days while you look around, so they are credited if you join. Without it, an invite still works if you sign up from the invite page itself.
  • Usage measurement (off unless you turn it on): Count which features are used and which links are broken, so we can fix and improve the site. Sent only to Eternal Club, never sold, and never used for advertising.

We use no advertising, social-media or third-party analytics cookies, and no tracking pixels. If that ever changes, this policy and the banner will say so first, and nothing will run without your consent.

All of these are set by Eternal Club itself (first-party). A Stripe checkout page or Google’s sign-in page, which you reach only when you choose to pay by card or sign in with Google, sets its own cookies under its own policy.

4. Requests to other services

Some pages load content from another service. None of these sets a cookie, but each sees the request:

  • Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com): Academy articles that use a font chosen by the editor. They receive your ip address and browser details, as with any web request. Cookies: none.
  • Image hosts for profile pictures and Vault items (for example Google, for a Google profile picture): Pages showing those pictures, including the leaderboard on the home page. They receive your ip address, browser details and the page you were on. Cookies: none set by us; the host’s own policy applies.

5. Controls in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser’s settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and stop parts of the site working.
