Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Physical items

• Where: addresses in India only.
• Cost: no shipping charge; the price at checkout is the full price.
• Your address: after you order, we email the address on your account to confirm where to deliver. We use it only for this delivery.
• When: we dispatch within 7 working days of your confirming the address. Delivery usually takes 3 to 10 working days after that, depending on where you are. If an item will take longer, we tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.
• Tracking: My Orders shows when your order is shipped and delivered, and we email the courier’s tracking details when there are any.

2. Digital items and access passes

These are delivered to your Eternal Club account, or to your account email, usually at once and always within 2 working days.

3. Problems with a delivery

If a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, use the contact form or write to support@eternalclub.in with your order reference. Damaged items are covered by section 3 of the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
